Poem A Day – December 10th

Gumshoe Haikus

By Jackie

(So now I’m really into writing haikus, I hope I’m doing it right. So today’s haikus are based on the prompt “Gumshoe, Audible, Davenport” suggested by Robin Richmond.

Gumshoe Haikus

Gumshoe finds a clue

Lipstick on the coffee mug

She must have been here

Audible whimpers

Sounds from the garage haunt him

Car trunk weeping cries

Garage is empty

Except for davenport couch

Gumshoe sits and thinks
